Bob Dylan: Blood On The Tracks - Part 2
Album #240 - January 1975
Episode date - February 26, 2025
Covering a single album over two shows – two hours to listen to and discuss 45 minutes of music – is something that I NEVER found necessary before, but “Blood on the Tracks” could easily be featured as a three-credit course in a good liberal college.
I can’t think of another album that intrigues me as much as “Blood on the Tracks”, and the reasons for that are numerous. To my point, the more you know about this album, the more you will be able to appreciate it, even on a superficial level. Relax and listen to the music. I hope I can intrigue you enough to recognize the innate intelligence and the beauty of “Blood on the Tracks” but what matters is that the music affects you, regardless of my own (humble?) opinions.
