Transistor Days: Spring 1965 - Part 2
Episode 33
Episode date - August 7, 2020
This is our second show from the Spring of ’65. Not surprisingly, it took us two shows to cover the winter as well.
Any year that requires two hours to cover the year’s best pop music will certainly convey the brilliance (and the importance) of that year’s pop music, and few years offer more variety than 1965.
The diversity of music in this particular show should prove our point with relative ease, while also providing one of the single best episodes of music in this entire series, and that includes the ‘misses’!
Today, it’s almost impossible to even imagine a time when pop music was this varied – and awesome.
