And so, we have (finally?) reached the end of our ‘condensed’ look at the creative output of Pink Floyd, as a band and also as solo artists.

Perhaps ‘condensed’ is an inappropriate adjective, considering that it took od twenty-three shows to cover as much as we did, but in retrospect, I feel that we could have easily done more.

I am quite aware that the stylistic shifts and pure variety of music sometimes felt as though we were grasping at straws, and I know that was a bit tough when discussing the personality of Roger Waters, but in my heart of hearts, I believe that his final ‘true’ solo album of original material justifies every troubling thing that he ever said.

In short, I’m stunned and amazed by the emotional beauty of Roger’s true solo masterpiece, “Is This the Life We Really Want?” From here on out, we are on our own to answer that question.
