    Our 10th episode featuring music from the British Invasion takes place as 1965 fades into 1966. At this point, the British Invasion is already two years old and shows no sign whatsoever of letting up.

    It was around this time that it started to sink in that British music was going to play a major role in American culture for a very long time. The Beatles remained at the helm, but the Rolling Stones have finally recognized their potential as “Anti-Beatles”, and together these bands portray the scope and diversity of British pop music.
