    As we approach the end our series, you may be able to determine for yourself why we were compelled to stop at 1962.

    As the fifties progressed, the guitar had quickly become ubiquitous, representing virtually every form of music simultaneously. This show displays the wide range of music that the guitar covered as the fifties ended. This is not our last show, but it does the best job of conveying the enormous growth and influence of the guitar.
