    One of the most amazing things that a modern day music fan might find fascinating is the pace that artists worked at in the ‘60s.

    The Rolling Stones released their previous album in July ’65 (September ’65 in England). Here, less than half a year later, they return with a new album, In the mid-‘60s music business, this was the rule, not the exception, but it boggles the mind to think that these artists could have worked that fast while coming up with material that still stands as classic. In the case of December’s Children, the release was so close to the British version of “Out of Our Heads” that the label used the same cover for either album!

    Songs on “December’s Children” cover a wide timespan, with a new hit single to maintain the momentum provided by “Satisfaction,” with some filler that dates back to 1963. It’s a hodge-podge for sure, but great nonetheless.

    Featured tracks include;

    1) She Said Yeah
