We approach the end of our story (with one more show next week) with the album releases from Art Garfunkel and Paul Simon near the end of the 1990’s.

At this point in time, public interest in Art Garfunkel had waned considerably, and even Paul Simon saw his airplay diminish significantly, even though both artists retained their name recognition and status as ‘classic’ artists. Even more than before, their careers moved in separate directions, with overlaps or reunions becoming more and more uncommon.
