For all the attention paid to the contentious atmosphere, and all of the existing evidence of lousy musicianship, the Beatles nonetheless managed to cobble together some excellent material from the ‘Get Back’ sessions.

It was no bed of roses for any of the band members, but despite the acrimony, there is also significant evidence that each Beatle still cared about the quality of the final product.

This show presents both sides of that coin, with uninspired material suddenly giving way to musical brilliance, interspersed with live dialog from the sessions.
